City Link Cabs may update or otherwise modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you understand and agree that your continued access or use of the Services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. We will note the date that updates were last made to the Terms and Conditions at the top of this page, and the updated Terms and Conditions will take effect upon posting. It is your responsibility to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions.

  • In accessing or using the Website, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate. City Link Cabs does not endorse such content, and cannot vouch for its accuracy. You, therefore, access and use the Website at your own risk.
  • These Terms and Conditions apply to any use of City Link Cabs services. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they contain important information concerning your legal rights and limitations on these rights, as well as a section regarding applicable law and jurisdiction of disputes. By accessing or using City Link Cabs services, you are indicating that you have read these Terms and Conditions, therefore you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to access or use the services.
  •  The standard cancellation policy allows you to request a change to and/or cancel a Booking up until 24 hours before the start time of the Booking.
  • No refunds are available once a Service has commenced, or in respect of any Tour packages, transfers or any other services that have started to be utilized.
  • Our rates always include drivers services, Fuel, Toll fees and passenger Liability.
  • Any damages iside or outside our vehicles due to the negligence passengers will be billed to the person who made the booking.
  • Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles (tobacco or electronic devices) as well as the consumption of alcoholic substances.
  • Large items must be carried in the luggage compartment and loaded only by the passenger.
  •  City Link Cabs is not responsible for loss or damage to passengers’ luggage, hand luggage, or personal effects.
  • Hand luggage carried must be able to fit on your lap.
  • No animals are allowed.
  •  City Link Cabs provides passenger liability only. In case of an accident, it must be known that insurance of passenger luggage or goods is not our responsibility.
  • Inclusions are determined by the Supplier. Prices do not include tips/gratuities; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; any items of a personal nature; taxes or duties; and any beverages or food that the Supplier has not explicitly stated are included.
  • Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a Booking has been made.
  • Unless the Supplier has otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes or use fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges, or international transportation tax. 
  • Due to unpredictable petrol and diesel prices in South Africa, our rates provisional and we reserve a right change them without prior written notice.
  • Should a transfer be confirmed for a future date with a 50% deposit, we will honour rates quoted when booked and all future transfer bookings required 50% deposit or fully payment upon booking.
  • All individuals chauffeur service monthly contract is subject to advance fully payment.
  • We reserve the right to use sedan car for transfers of 1 to 3 people and should a minibus or van be required for a transfer for one to three people we reserve a right to change our rate.
  • City Link Cabs Pty Ltd, their employees or agents will take every care against such contingencies, they cannot be held responsible for, and shall be exempted from liability of any loss, damages or injuries to any person and/or his/her luggage or personal property.
  • City Link Cabs Pty Ltd carries passengers’ liability, but we strongly advice our passengers to take adequate travel insurance to cover their personal accidents, medical expenses, or loss of their baggage.
  • We accept all major credit cards and online payments is available.
  • All travel arrangements or bookings are subject to booking conditions and cancellations provisions of the service provider.
  • We do not charge for waiting time for delayed flights.
  • We do not charge first hour for the waiting time.
  • When we need to do a pick-up for passengers of different flights, a waiting time fee is charged if these fights arrival are in more than an hour apart.
  • Client must make a provision for drivers’ meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and accommodations and such expenses must be on the client’s account.
  • We always ensure that our vehicles are driven by a driver approved by us.
